look fellows as far as i m concerned, what i see and feel is that the civil service is still like saving grace for our country. no matter who comes into the govt, they stick to their work and deliver services to the general public.
their good efforts must b appreciated.
yes there is an issue of corruption, but the corruption is mostly on personal level. that is, individuals are involved in it. u can't blame the whole system. and these are the honest civil servants who ve got our systems still running, in spite of scant resources and inadequate man power.
