One MNA with low education or perhaps with fake degree was appointed a Minister !
On his first day in office, the Secretary of the Ministry went to see him for courtsy call and sat in front of his table and congrat him. The minister after formalities asked him the purpose of his visit. The secretary replied that he is here just to make a courtsy CALL.
The minister put the telephone set in front of the secretary and said;
"jinian marzi callan karo g, thada apna phone hai"
PS. it is not a joke but a true happening.
