Brother I think you have explained very well but you have confused age with vio voce.
If total marks of two candidates are same:
1) One who obtains higher marks in vio voce is placed first
2) Or if vio voce marks of both the candidates are same then marks in compulsory play decissive role
3) Even if marks of vio voce and compulsory are same then age is the deciding factor.
