The writer fails to mention whether the 150 marks initially obtained were by luck or not ...
who knows the first time the candidate was lucky enough to score 150, any other time he/she may not be...
luck factor is always there and you cannot deal away with it..yeah we can reduce it...but then the paper is claimed to be out of syllabus or beyond expectations which will be protested upon again because a majority of students of our educational system are used to the "Rattafication" Methodology where out of a 100 questions, 10 or odd will safely see you through your matriculation, fsc, bachelors or even masters!!!
