In Sialkot incident DPO is responsible for all this barbarity because he allowed the mob to torture the two teenagers who were neither DONs nor proclaimed offenders nor they had criminal record.
Mr. Zulfiqar Cheema never allowed to kill innocent teenagers. He supported those encounters in which the criminals were wanted by govt (proclaimed offenders) dead or alive due to the intensity of their crimes and the govt also announced head money for arresting the gangsters dead or alive.
