I mean this is very natural....the cream is chosen for civil services...among thousands of ppl only 300 get there who have passed all the obstacles to reach something WOW!! and when they atually get 9000/month instead of 30,000 they were earning in the private sector!!!...i guess its very natural that their morale go down... Civil services is thought to be the most superior govt. job and the mostt lucrative one but thats only its image!!

But there is another side of the picture too!! despite of meager salaries n everything which is unexpected ppl still prefer civil services!!! Can anybody answer this???
