Your arguments are not convincing. You are just saying that they are not suitable in police because they are not fit for that and also because society does not want them to be there. It is because of this mindset that women in Pakistan are in such a poor state. The point is that if lady police officers are sitting in the police stations then the females can lodge complaints with a lot of ease. A rape victim cannot lodge a complaint in front of a male police officer. I am talking about women empowerment but in our caste ridden society that is considered a crime. Our women can do everything, they are capable enough. Running after dacoits is not the only job of police. Female officers can look after the women in distress. Its a noble cause and Islam does not prohibit any one from doing a job as honorable as this.

And one more thing if male police officer can better run after the dacoits then why still dacoities are taking place? I mean males are just good for nothing.
