whether dr.aafia is guilty or not, that is another query.but as far as her arrival and bail is concerned, there is a breaking news which was issued recently on DUNYA NEWS channel.
the sources of american embassy have confirmed that during the sitting with interior minister rehman malik, they informed him that dr.aafia could be handed over to pakistan ,if;pakistan signs these two agreements :

----------the above mentioned treaties are related to the transfer of prisoners b/w countries.

the following countries have already signed these;
bolivia,kargyzstan,turkey,s.africa,s.korea and many others.

----but we are not the members of such fruitful pacts.

now,the question arises why inspite of six consecutive reminders from american foreign office the pakistani authorities couldn,t take such initiatives.according to the sources the following are the merits of signing these treaties:

a]cost free solution of dr.aafia,s trauma
b] could put ice on anti-american and anti-govt sentiments
c]we could be able to question the asylum of criminals in america and europe.

but, the govt. of pakistan failed to show any urgency at this issue.

now, tell who is responsible for dr.aafia,s sentense?
