Come on, where you have found the report finding those brothers criminals ?? Is this not the report ? http://www.cssforum.com.pk/general/d...ccused-11.html ... Execuse me, read between the lines , some part of paras 16 & 18 is reproduced hereunder :

""16. After combined examination of the collected material I can say for the following reasons that Mughees Sajjad (18) and Muneeb Sajjad (15) were not robbers and criminals...""

and

""18. 1 am not in a position to certify that Mughees Sajjad (18) and his brother Muneeb Sajjad (15) possessed angelic character. They might have committed some wrongs during their life time intentionally, unintentionally, innocently or even foolishly without realising the enormity of their wrongs but in the given circumstances it can be safely said that they were not robbers/dacoits/hardened criminals, particularly when not a single case of mobile snatching or any other crime had ever been registered or reported against them during their life time.""

Please dont make such comments without proof!

As far as Dr. Afia is concerned, yes she had links with terrorist outfits, but the circumstances under which she was detained, kept in custody and later formally arrested etc and the charges for her trials all are not justifiable and do not necessarily fall in the category of terrorism... She was not at all charged for terrorist activites and links with AlQaeda, but she was trialled for injuring soldiers and using weapons, which was fabricated and she was compelled to do that activity. ! These things were fabricated and illogical, hence, said trial cannot be taken as just and as such that verdict is not based on truth...
