Default Daughter of the nation!

I THINK, memberz have alrteady discussed it from all possible angles. some legal points have also been talked about. So, the rest now is upon govt to take action or adopt legal and diplomatic pathway lest it should further lose its falling grace. As, these matters are not solved on the streets.

hmmm .. .. respected literate fellows Riazuddin and Socilogist; dear i m not saying she is fully innocent or not, but if at all she is culprit thn why the hell she was kept underground from 2003 to 2008 ? and why she was not charged for having links with Al Qaeda .. and so far as the crimes she was charged are concerned, those were not factual rather fabricated... .

You people are just trying to prove that she is culprit and want to do by hook or crook.. calmly try to see the other side of the coin, that is also not lie.... ! and dont be offended and start pushing comments that others are illiterate.!

The term "poor & illeterate" is used to describe the pakistani nation in international magazines and it does not mean that all are like that. It is a general term used keeping in view the literacy rate and GNP of pakistan.
Anyway, i am sorry if somebody is offended. I did not use these words for forum members as all are well-educated and sensible fellows and some of them are my best (net) friends.Plz dont be mistaken. Thanks.

@ TSA

Sir, i always try to see both sides of the pic, but in this case one side is not clear. You might have seen the reaction of the forum members here over the lynching of 2 brothers in Sialkot as all were seeing the one side of the pic and declaring them innocent. Today, it was proved in the report of joint investigation team that they were not innocent but murderers !
So one day we may also accept that Dr. Afia was involved in terrorism and her supporters very cleverly tried to prove her innocent, but they were only able to befool pakistani nation, not the American Court.

Come on, where you have found the report finding those brothers criminals ?? Is this not the report ? http://www.cssforum.com.pk/general/d...ccused-11.html ... Execuse me, read between the lines , some part of paras 16 & 18 is reproduced hereunder :

""16. After combined examination of the collected material I can say for the following reasons that Mughees Sajjad (18) and Muneeb Sajjad (15) were not robbers and criminals...""

and

""18. 1 am not in a position to certify that Mughees Sajjad (18) and his brother Muneeb Sajjad (15) possessed angelic character. They might have committed some wrongs during their life time intentionally, unintentionally, innocently or even foolishly without realising the enormity of their wrongs but in the given circumstances it can be safely said that they were not robbers/dacoits/hardened criminals, particularly when not a single case of mobile snatching or any other crime had ever been registered or reported against them during their life time.""

Please dont make such comments without proof!

As far as Dr. Afia is concerned, yes she had links with terrorist outfits, but the circumstances under which she was detained, kept in custody and later formally arrested etc and the charges for her trials all are not justifiable and do not necessarily fall in the category of terrorism... She was not at all charged for terrorist activites and links with AlQaeda, but she was trialled for injuring soldiers and using weapons, which was fabricated and she was compelled to do that activity. ! These things were fabricated and illogical, hence, said trial cannot be taken as just and as such that verdict is not based on truth...

1- I am refering to the latest report released yesterday by Joint Investigation Team and published in all newspapers today.

2- As for Afia case, the MQM's rally today in karachi has proved that all is being done for political point scoring. It was unthinkable a week ago that MQM will support the cause of Afia (as it was the jamaat which was spear heading this campagene) but the sudden change of Bhai sab's stance on USA after Imran Farooq murder, they are also in the field. hahaha
( they are using her name for their vested interest)

There was a time when SUMAIYYA (Razi Allah unha) was brutely killed by Abu Jahal. That was the time of organizational or first phase of Islamic Revolution, but there were brave companions with Muhammad (Say Darood) and why to talk about others Muhammad (say darood) himself was a great leader and brave man. And Abu-Bakar (Razi Allah unho) was there, Umar (Razi Allah anho) was too.
Do you 've any knowledge, surely you have, what did they do? Recall it and justify that what should a Revolutionist do? And please before criticizing or joining any Effort (Revolutiönary specially Islamic) first read and analyse it comprehensively.

I claim that after gaining the knowledge of MUHAMMAD's Method to bring Islamic Revolution you 'll not only stop saying so plus you 'll join the Effort of Revolution.

May Allah bless you All.
