Your concept about police and its working needs to be corrected? it seems that your barometer of judging a department's efficiency/inefficiency is only field experience. Sir, police is inefficient because there are many other reasons for it and army is strong because of different reasons. Who said police don't get field experience? What is your perception of field experience? FIA and police are all law and order departments and come under one ministry. They work in their own respective domains. Ask any FIA official, he would suggest you to do CSS and join PSP.
