I only consulted Fundamental of Physics by Halliday & Resnick, a well renowned book in Engineering. For theory, I did not try to memorize anything rather I just practiced the derivations and diagrams/figures.

Objectives are fairly simple and if you have gone throught the theory of this book, you will find solving them exceeding easy.

oh and I consulted another book for modern physics, I cant really recall the name of the book or the author but I will get back to you on this later.
