how to topple the present structure (usually refer to bangladesh model )
special emphasis on political uncertainity
selected targets (usually from present govt..)
airing breaking news strips (like zardari ne geo band karwa di.)
political tilt towards certain political parties (specially main opposition party in national assembly)..
airing of pictures of dead bodies (during bomb attacks)
yellow journalism (crime events,report of recent executive order)


above examples clearly depict the role of our media, which, from ethical point of view of journalism is objectionable.however there are other examples as well where media performed a professional job....

promote national solidarity (2005 earthquake)
against dictatorship (musharaf)
supported lawyers struggle (judicial crisis)
support for democratic forces (specially during 2008 elections)
against terrorism (swat ,south waziristan)
unearthed various corruption cases (railway,nlc,lng,loans)




by looking at positive and negative sides it can be safely said that media in pakistan is in its infancy and it will take some to grow mature.
