 The very word Islam means peace
 The cardinal message of Islam is love, tolerance, patience, humanity and simplicity.
 Islam despises sectarianism, extremism and bigotry.
 Islam has always been a target of hatred by the west which perceives islam as religion of fundamentalists, extremists and fanatics.

 Basically, there are two main reasons for this against islam:
i. This is a viscous propaganda which has been unleashed by western media and western rulers.
ii. On the other hand, this is also the result of irrational,un reasonable and extremists activities of some of the misguided Muslim outfits.
 Jihad has been the mere misunderstand word and is only taken for violence and fighting.
 Basically jihad stands for Goodness and struggle with in oneself and society.
 There is another propaganda going on that muslims become violent as soon as they grew in numbers.
 As far as this criticism is concerned there were some fundamental reasons for fighting wars.
