Pakistan is majorly concerned with the $2 Billion Military Aid which can be hampered by the recent turn out of events in USA. With Republicans being able to get a fairly large chunk of the cake in the Senate, they can create hurdles in passing out this bill, which needs to be ratified by the Senate.

On the other hand, we should keep in mind that the President is majorly concerned with the foreign policy, so we should not fear any major shift in US's foreign policy.
