The duties of CEO even in 17th grade are same as of DCOs in their respective districts and just to quote few are to levy taxes, to collect revenue, to look after health dept. i.e. hospitals and dispensaries of cantt. to cause development of the area like road construction sewage system water system garden etc etc etc
