Ma'am, I think I've read this notification about posting of Women Govt. Servants. I will only be able to give you the Reference i.e. Notification No. and Date tomorrow.

I however remember that it says that the women Govt. employees will be posted at the working station of their Husbands, if married, and if the husbands are also in govt. service.

Secondly, for unmarried female Govt. employees, they will be posted in the station where their family is residing.
