around 1000 people were interviewed . they cant select majority of them because there bank will collapse in paying salaries to new employees : )
also they cant give training to 800 or 900 people or 300 or 400 people.
sometimes people dont use mind or they are always tun like abl interviewers. dnt believe them.
pick up ur calculator and calculate first month salary of 1000 people . ; )
