Sir your suggestions are excellent but the problem is that the owners of private elite schools are very powerful and they have their men in the corridors of power. Whenever, the government tries to introduce uniform system of education, this mafia sabotage it as their institutions will lose the prestige attached with them if they offer the same syllabus like other school.(and will lose revenue as well) They will not even allow the mixing of their student with the students of religious institution otherwise this practice can bring much needed harmony in our society.
