If America had any plan of conquering Afghanistan, it would have easily done it after the retreat of Russia from Afghanistan (you know that the winner of that war was no doubt CIA of America). Instead Americans are blamed that they left Afghanistan helpless on her own after the Afghan war was over in late eighties. Even today, America has no plans of staying long in Afghanistan. In fact President Obama have announced a deadline for the withdrawal of US and NATO forces from Afghanistan. America has no hegemonic plans of capturing energy resources of CARS. The only reason America attacked Afghanistan was to root out terrorist activities of Al Qaeda who had found safe heaven in Afghanistan.
