i don't think age relaxation was necessary earlier..because only a 2 year bachelor degree would suffice ...so technically after 20 years of education one could sit in the exam...now if fpsc makes 16 years of education compulsory..then some people who had a 2 years bachelors degree would be at a loss..so for that reason ...if 16 years of education is made compulsory then for first five or ten years age relaxation can be given..otherwise 28 is more than enough for a person to appear and clear the exam
