Currently FATF (Financial Action Task Force, an international and inter-governmental body working to combat terrorist financing) has blacklisted Pakistan for not having developed proper checks in financial systems to preent terrorist financing. Actually money laundering is one of the major cause of concern for international commity as it provides blood to monster of terrorism. You can search further material on FATF website.
