But we are unable to judge .. Only few could do this .
But the thing is mostly voters came from villages & under the pressure of feudal lords.
Now the solution is to go to these villages & spread knowlege regarding elections!
Everyone there is following the foot steps of their elders.
They are Casting votes in the name of dead people like Benazeer , Bhutto etc !
*Emotional blackmailing* sort of things !
