If PCS officers are such a low callibre, its responsibility is at DMG officers, sitting in PPSC who select duffers in Provincial services.

Please see, my argument is not that the way PCS officers used language is correct. Its condemnable. but we should see, that if they would be supressed such a sentiment is must to be developed. So as the name suggests PCS officers are meant to do the civil service affairs in the provinces.

So if their language and behaviour was not upto standard, please keep in mind these DMG officers are not that much decent. I have myself seen a clear bias towards PCS officers. DMG oficers attitude with PCS subordinates in v much rude.

Lastly, please see their demands are in accordance with rules. So RULES should prevail, not the wishes of DMG. Whatever, the rules are, its binding on DMG and PCS officers both. So they should be given due share whatever is allowed under rules.
