do not consult books like the one recommended by FPSC, that is, by Mc Mordie as one of our friends suggested u above in the thread.that is a complete book of idioms u cannot cram it in ur whole life.it contains about more than 5000 idioms.and also nowadays it seems too have become outdated as it does not contain recently coined idioms.just try to cram useful idioms around 1000 to 1500.these are more than enough.
Thanx

I like your idea .. But I don't think its worth anything cramming all or some idioms .. Cramming se to cheezain bhool bhi jati hain .. I just go through them everyday, understand what a particular idiom means and try to form a sentence using that .. Or bass jab bhi time milay revise ker lenay se sab kuch yaad bhi rehta hai ..
Besides, that book doesn't contain 5000 idioms .. 5000 is too much to cram or memorise for 5 marks .. Though every mark counts, especially for Punjab candidates and in the new scenario for KPK as well ..
