@Asad

Dear we support your arguments and strongly believe that Mr Saleem will be successful in his cause. But contrary to your views Mr. Ibrar Mirza has helped the Anticorruption department with such strong evidences against CCE 2003 that he even succeeded to include the names of those brilliant minds in the list of anti corruption department who later achieved allocation in DMG and PSP. I know Mr. Saleem has lodged the petition for his own allocation but as I said earlier in my posts that these types of enquiries are not examined by courts on individual basis rather it was treated as general and resultantly more than 50 people were recommended by Anticorruption department.

This enquiry has full backing of Chief Minister and PPP as without their backing massive enquiry on such scale by SPSC and Anti Corruption is unthinkable to be conducted. These types of cases though take years and years to be decided but whenever a congenial environment is provided to such cases they take decisive turn in few months as Mr. Ibrar Mirza has made the claims of Saleem Sheikh stronger through providing evidences.

Now the question is why a sword of Damocles should be hanging on the heads of meritorious people as everybody joins Sindh Govt. is not unemployed and people leave their existing jobs for CCE 2003. They MUST be provided following assurances and guarantees by Govt. or other authorities through their conduct.

1. Current setup under the instructions of influential people is spoiling the CCE 2008 as on whose assurance petitioners have paid heavy fee to an expensive lawyer? They should stop this practice of helping existing court petitioners. Furthermore, honest people like Ibrar Mirza in future setups of SPSC should not have any right to open the case of the allocation of CCE 2008 after considerable time as he did in the case of CCE 2003. He has clearly showed the way to future setups of SPSC how to show the efficiency. This practice of defaming each other’s Govt. through exposing different institutions such as SPSC should be stopped.

2. Govt. in future will not empower a 16 scale Anti Corruption inspector to do whatever he wants to do and recommend the names of above scale officers as he did in the case of CCE 2003. How on the earth it is possible for this 16 scale officer to conduct the enquiry and recommend the names without the backing of current Govt.? Enquiry report can found in same thread.

3. Courts should dispose off the case in maximum six months as digging out the matter of CCE 2003 after 7 long years of petitions is unjust. Why should people feel the pressure and fear of exodus from job all the time or re-conduct of interview under the instructions of court which can lower his merit position?

4. These petitions should not be there for longer period of time
The case against CCE 2008 is lodged and will remain there for long until decided in fact according to existing petitioners and their lawyer that they will take it to Supreme Court if not decided in Sindh High Court.

This is to me the extreme of uncertainty and should be removed through the acts of Govt. and institutions so those who prepare for exams of SPSC should have confidence in its credibility.
