In Islam the punishment for the thief is to cut his hand...
and wonder how many thieves are there in Pakistan... it ll mean to cut so many hands
which definitely mean decrease in man power... and productivity

how we can implement the Islam as it was 1400 years ago...

See the punishments have always been strict...so that if that exercised on someone others will get lesson from it...you shouldnt see it like this that in Pakistan there are lot of thieves..and if we implement that punishment our more than 50% nation will become cripple...but you should see this that if we are going to exercise it other will learn lesson from it and restrain themselves to do such things again....Punishment have to be strict to keep people away from sins....
