Assalam-o-alaikum!
If u decide that a particular case was abt Misrepresentation, whereas it was abt Fraud, how can u expect it to be correct ? However, if u have solid reasons for that and u can really prove it, u'll win , my dear! Lekin kaisay, it is upto U.
So far I have not found anyone too competent in Mercantile Law to judge whether I presented the correct decisions in the exams or not...because most of the candidates don't even know how to present the reply to a case in exams. A number of candidates now suggest that one should not opt for Mercantile Law coz of the cases. Even I think k if one is not sure abt the cases, one shouldn't be going for Merc. law. (If i ever thought of re-appearing, i won't opt for it).
Rest the choice is urz!
ALLAH HAFIZ!
