NCH is on a distinguished road
Default For AJ - Mercantile Law.

Assalam O Alaikum,
Thanks for you reply to my last query. As you mentioned in your posting that your experience in Mercantile Law was not as per according to your expectations but I would request you to answer another of my querries.
1)While answering the case study type of questions do you only present one particular final decission or you can give other decission. For example in 2004 paper where a question was asked on the FRAUD, in the end examiner asked why or why not. As it seems to be a clear case of misrepresentation but if somebody declares it a Fraud will it be acceptable?

2)If you present a wrong decission in the end but it is backed by clear understanding, case example and relevent aspect of law, will it still be relevent or examiner will ignore it straightaway.
Please tell us your experience? Were your all case decission were correct?
The reason behind asking all these strange type of questions is to only clarify my concept or remove any misconception.

Thanx for your kind help.
May Allah give you success in your career.
Allah Hafiz,
NCH

Assalam-o-alaikum!

If u decide that a particular case was abt Misrepresentation, whereas it was abt Fraud, how can u expect it to be correct ? However, if u have solid reasons for that and u can really prove it, u'll win , my dear! Lekin kaisay, it is upto U.

So far I have not found anyone too competent in Mercantile Law to judge whether I presented the correct decisions in the exams or not...because most of the candidates don't even know how to present the reply to a case in exams. A number of candidates now suggest that one should not opt for Mercantile Law coz of the cases. Even I think k if one is not sure abt the cases, one shouldn't be going for Merc. law. (If i ever thought of re-appearing, i won't opt for it).

Rest the choice is urz!

ALLAH HAFIZ!
