dipolmacy is a vital tool in solving this problem as we know that the roots of this problem may be within but the fueling is done from afghanistan.afghanistan has given up brahamdagh bugti which marks the improving relations between PAK and afghanistan and hence therefore a slight decrease in the insurgency has been witnessed.

the elected representatives of balochistan are not even a bit interested in solving the problems of their people.hue and cry from their side is always for the allocation of resources to balochistan so that they can get their commission out of it.

we need to go out of the way in helping balochiz.they have been deprived of their rights for the last 6 decades.irrespective of whose fault it is federation and provincial representatives have to put back their personal interests in solving out the matter. security establishment should coordinate with elected people instead of making their moves independently in order to establish a more better solution of the issue.
Use of force never bring the desire results.I believe the situation has exacerbated to the extent that desperately demand the state apparatus to put rigorous effort to normalize the situation. Following measures ,if taken with earnest goodwill, may prove helpful in this effect.

1-Punjab is the largest and comparatively developed province of the country.Small provinces have grievances against Punjab.Since the partly currently holding charge of the province proclaim itself to be the National Party , should show goodwill gesture and take certain steps to dispel the feelings of animosity. Punjab being ahead of all the provinces in education , should offer scholarships to Baluchs in its vocational institutions, Colleges and Universities.

2-The Bigwigs of federal Govt should make the People of Baluchistan believe that they the Govt realise their adversities and there must be at least some semblance of efforts to corroborate this claim.PM and President must pay frequent visits to breadth of the Baluchistan , meet with common people and as much as possible listen the problems of common man. There must be one visit a month atleast .

3-The legitimate political demands by Baluch leadership should be accepted and all the dissidents must be invited on negotiation table.A general amensty must be declared for all the political activists be decalred.

4-Security apparatus must stop its illegal means of quelling the insurgency , extrajudicial killings and detention of people.

The situation demands immediate actions ,since complacency has no room and may prove fatal for survival of the state. Those who contend that Baluch Insurgency have been fuled by foreign hands and vested interest groups so there is need to pay in the same coin, through use of force are mistaken.Foreign involvement may not be denied , but no one can meddle in your matters untill and unless you yourself accord opportunity.
