Sir aap ki pasand napasand se Civil Services k top group ko koi faraq nahy pare ga..The reality(a harsh one for a few) is that DMG was,it is,and it would remain the most coveted group in the civil services..If it was such an 'unattractive' group,why does it nearly always turn out to be at the top of the merit list????Now one of my relatives in PSP is on a post that people would die for,and he advised me to keep police at 12th in the preference order..whether u call it a vestige or a legacy,DMG is there to stay as the most prestigious service is the CSP..
