A Section Officer of CCE 2003 batch told me today referring Mr. Ramzan Channa PSP (Present or former Secretary Anti Corruption Sindh) who signed the summary of Anti corruption sent to the Chief Secretary for further necessary action that CCE 2003 batch promotions are being withheld till the cases which are lodged within 6 months of the announcement of final result and pending at the end of Sindh Govt. are not resolved.

Why meritorious people have been suffering since last 08 years from the acts of few JALEE candidates and what will be the treatment with CCE 2008 batch as case against CCE 2008 is lodged in SHC within six months of the declaration of result?
