Its not easy to enroll in a top class university bcz HEC has already said that U have to secure your admission in a public sector university on your own behalf except for particular case(Hanyang Univ and Thailand Institute of IT). i checked the ranking according to my subject... But what can we do when HEC has not provided any detail or list of universities..Also tell me how can one secure his admission in phd to a foreign university if that supervisor does not accept his request??? or guide me according to ur knowledge..
