Thanks Tanolig.... how can i know that a particular university is suitable for me.. Bc i m intended to take admission in phd so also tell me if there is any such condition that a person is unable to find admission in world ranked university after he/she has been selected for the HEC scholarship??

After selection its not difficult to take admission in some university of your choice. HEC will give u time to confirm your seat in a university of ur preferred country. In order to take admission in the best university its better to have an IELTS in advance and keep on searching and visiting websites of different universities in ur preferred country. So u will get info about admissions of 2012. Read their requirements and prepare your documents in 2011. My brother is pursuing PhD in Italy through HEC scholarship 2.

Thanks tanolig.... i searched for German universities...They are offering their scholarship... Many universities there have my area of interest...and their admissions are ongoing..last date in many universities is 1st september..As far as IELTS is concerned, for admissions in German universities its not a pre-requisite but can support ur admission.. But bc selection for Batch IV is not yet made, thats why wanted to clear this point...

I have 2 yrs Bsc Pass degree in microbiology,chemistry and zoology and 2 yr MA in economics degree which is done privately ..AM i eligibe for the HEC scholarship internatioanlly?

As this scholarship is for Spring,Fall-2012 so no tension. U can apply in 2012 4 next semester classes. what is your GAT-General score?

Do consult with HEC before applying 4 this scholarship. I think Commonwealth scholarship is suitable for U.

Dear Tanolig,

I have scored 83 marks with 99.63 percentile in GAT. I also have Masters Degree in Mass Communications From Punjab University (3.56/4 CGPA). Can You Guide me which Country and University will be best for me and I am also having problem in making Research Proposal.
Do France not Offer any course in English? or We are able to study in France without knowing French?

I wanted to avail 90% scholarship in France for M-Phil in Mass Communications, and Hec Has not provided any list of universities, showing whether or not these offer M-Phil in my field, Then How should I Approach to avail Scholarship....?
