I have a question regarding Muslim Law.
I am consulting Fayzee and Mulla's books.Fazee's book is quite easy to grasp but as far as Mulla's book is concerned there are many references of various cases e.g Dost Muhammad v Chainrai(1940), are we supposed to mention these while attempting the paper??
Regards

No need of case references in Muslim law.
As pointid out by ALi saib, fine i have also mentioned that, but some time u will attempt Zero paper only from these topics, just have a look on past papers and especially the recent trend, Muslim is a vast subject will gift waqf, dowr divorce marriage and sources are its main topics but also crimes and torts law of evidence, possesion, legal capacity etc are imp,
