I have a question regarding Muslim Law.
I am consulting Fayzee and Mulla's books.Fazee's book is quite easy to grasp but as far as Mulla's book is concerned there are many references of various cases e.g Dost Muhammad v Chainrai(1940), are we supposed to mention these while attempting the paper??
Regards
No need of case references in Muslim law.
As pointid out by ALi saib, fine i have also mentioned that, but some time u will attempt Zero paper only from these topics, just have a look on past papers and especially the recent trend, Muslim is a vast subject will gift waqf, dowr divorce marriage and sources are its main topics but also crimes and torts law of evidence, possesion, legal capacity etc are imp,

Post @ ALi SB

Salam,

In answering the question, I wrote introduction and conclusion of 2 questions with my own interpretations like in WHAT ARE THE GROUNDS FOR A WIFE TO DISSOLVE MARRIAGE ACCORDING TO THE 1939 ACT?

I gave INTRODUCTION ACCORDING TO the rights of Woman in Islam then in Body I wrote The Grounds then I gave conclusion with my own words.

Now plz tell tell me whether It is a blunder to write Introduction and conclusion in Muslim Law & Jurisprudence or not? I did it becoz as to me the answers were too short. By doing it I also gave a different HEADING for different Ground.

DiD I do any Mistake? Isn't it allowed to write by ur own in Law papers?

My question wd have the following heading for this question

explanatory note
Historical aspect
Valid Marriage- basuc condition for Dissolution of marriage
Qyranic and hadith ref
Modes of dissolution of marriages
Khula- one of the modes of dissolution
Right of khula under DMMA 1939
grounds explanation( sub headings for all grounds)
Basis of Khula in Islam
Comparative study of right of Khula to muslim woman vs ither religions
Drawbaks in DMMA 1939

Hope u get the idea
