In my opinion Quota system should not be abolished as through this quota system all provinces get a representation in civil services.
but the one thing which I think should be change is the number of open merit seats in civil services.
open merit should be increased to at least 30% and the rest of allocations should be made on quota system.
and one more thing which i think should be imroved is educational system of Pakistan. there should be same educational system in all provinces. If quota system is to be abolished then 1st of all education standard of all provinces should be same.
