the army personls have Bsc degree thats 14 years of education...
while many of us who are appearing in css written exams have 16,17 years of education and sum are even 18 years of education are more which appear after mphil.....
this is totally unjustification with we civilians.....but wo kehty hain na jis ki lathi uski bhains
