One more thing i would like to add over here is that all these PMS officers are most of the time rejected from CSS exam or if sellected for PMS first they always try for CSS, if DMG is that bad and DMGian competence so on a decline then why do they join it? why don't they stick to "Brilliant" cadre of PMS? since as per Niazi sb PMS officerss are now equally competent like DMGian and DMGians are just enjoying the historical reputation developed of DMG.

Moreover let me share with you guys who think DMG to be equal to Income Tax; old Commissionerate system is 100% restored in Baluchistan. GB,AJK and ICT had the old system intact already, two amendments are almsot ready to be tabled before the Punjab Cabinet for handing over of Magistracy powers to ACs, by that amendment ACs would listen cases of minor crimes; relating to punishments max upto 3 years. This step is being taken because more than 100,000 such cases are pending with lower judiciary and this step would ensure speedy disposing off of cases. In Sindh DDO(R) is also holding the charge of SDM as well, as soon as MQM would be out of Govt during care taker Government period, old Commissionerate system is going to restored again in Sindh like it was before LGO,2001. Same are the news from KPK, initially they were looking to restore the previous system on 14th Aug 2011 but for the time being it is delayed because of certain issues in Hazara Sub-Division.

On logical grounds DMG still is the 1st choice for CSS qualifiers...PSP is opted by those who are either in love with uniform or they do not understand the exact govt system and when they progress in their career they realise the diffrence between two groups. If one has a look at the allocations from 2001 onwards he/she would come to know that every year DMG position is getting better n better.

Therefore please stop criticizing DMG by following the principle of "Grapes are sour"
