Yes you r right up-to some extent that one should first clear the exam and get allocated and then decide which is better option to opt for
....I think only those can pass css which have great passion for this, bcz one cant wast time for a job in which he/she has no interest..right? So i think decision should be taken much b4 being allocated.
latterly spiking i am only interested in DMG ,PSP and FSP bcz i dnt know much more about the rest.
