Thank you for the information.
While going through above provided links,I noticed that these Radio Stations are run by the civilian appointees of respective Defense Ministries.While Radio 96 will be exclusively for Pakistan Army and Chief Executive Officer will be a officer ranking of Colonel or Brigadier who obviously 'll report to his CHIEF.
