1. Allah is the real owner of everything حقیقی مالک اللہ تعالی

لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ

Translation: To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth.

جو کچھ آسمانوں میں اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے سب خدا ہی کا ہے

2. Right to private ownership انفرادی ملکیت کا حق


وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ قَلِيلًا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ

Translation: And We have given you (mankind) power in the earth,and made for you therein ways of livelihood. Little are you grateful.

اور ہم ہی نے زمین میں تمہارا ٹھکانہ بنایا اور اس میں تمہارے لیے سامان معشیت پیدا کئے۔ (مگر) تم کم ہی شکر کرتے ہو

3.Encouragement of economic activity معاشی جدوجھد کی تلقین

وَلَا تَنْسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا

Translation: and do not forget your share of the world

اور دنیا سے اپنا حصہ بھول نہ جانا

4. Prohibition of interest سود کی ممانعت


وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا

Translation: Allah has permitted trade and has forbidden interest.
سودے کو خدا نے حلال کیا ہے اور سود کو حرام

2:275 (part) Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) - سورة البقرة


يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَذَرُوا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّبَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
. فَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ۖ وَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ

Translation: O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and give up what remains (due to you) from Riba (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers.
And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allah and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal - [thus] you do no wrong, nor are you wronged.

مومنو! خدا سے ڈرو اور اگر ایمان رکھتے ہو تو جتنا سود باقی رہ گیا ہے اس کو چھوڑ دو
اگر ایسا نہ کرو گے تو خبردار ہوجاؤ (کہ تم) اللہ اوراس کے رسول سے جنگ کرنے کے لئے (تیار ہوتے ہو) اور اگر توبہ کرلو گے (اور سود چھوڑ دو گے) تو تم کو اپنی اصل رقم لینے کا حق ہے جس میں نہ اوروں کا نقصان اور نہ تمہارا نقصان

5: Differentiation of halal and haram حلال اور حرام کی تمیز


يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ

Translation: O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily, he is to you an open enemy.
لوگو جو چیزیں زمین میں حلال طیب ہیں وہ کھاؤ۔ اور شیطان کے قدموں پر نہ چلو۔ وہ تمہارا کھلا دشمن ہے

2:168 Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) - سورة البقرة

وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ

Translation: And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly
اور ایک دوسرے کا مال ناحق نہ کھاؤ

2:188 (part) Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) - سورة البقرة

Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said:
"O People! Allah is al-Tayyib (Pure), and He only accepts that which is pure!

Rasûlullâh sallallâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: "The businessman who is honest in his dealings and trustworthy will be with the prophets, siddîqîn, and martyrs on the day of judgement.

6: Circulation of money / Zakat


لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنْكُمْ ۚ
Translation: it may not become a fortune/commodity used by the rich among you

جو لوگ تم میں دولت مند ہیں مال ان ہی کے ہاتھوں میں نہ پھرتا رہے

59:7 Surat Al-Ĥashr (The Exile) - سورة الحشر
--
إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ ۖ فَرِيضَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
Translation: Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah . And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
صدقات (یعنی زکوٰة وخیرات) تو مفلسوں اور محتاجوں اور کارکنان صدقات کا حق ہے اور ان لوگوں کا جن کی تالیف قلوب منظور ہے اور غلاموں کے آزاد کرانے میں اور قرضداروں (کے قرض ادا کرنے میں) اور خدا کی راہ میں اور مسافروں (کی مدد) میں (بھی یہ مال خرچ کرنا چاہیئے یہ حقوق) خدا کی طرف سے مقرر کر دیئے گئے ہیں اور خدا جاننے والا (اور) حکمت والا ہے

9:60 Surat At-Tawbah (The Repentance) - سورة التوبة

7:law of Property

لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَاءِ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْهُ أَوْ كَثُرَ ۚ نَصِيبًا مَفْرُوضًا

Translation:For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - an obligatory share

مردوں کا اس مال میں حصہ ہے جو ماں باپ اور رشتہ داروں نے چھوڑا ہو اور عورتوں کا بھی اس مال میں حصہ ہے جو ماں باپ اور رشتہ دارو ں نے چھوڑا ہو تھوڑا ہو یہ بہت یہ حصہ مقرر ہے
