Brother, scoring trend may not be consistent across different years. However, following subjects have been good scoring most of the times:

Pyschology
Arabic
Persian
Geography
Islamic History
European History
Sociology
Journalism
Forestry
Regional Languages. i.e. Punjabi
International Law
USA History
