You are required to take as much as marks out of 100 so that can be called for interview, percentile is of no worth as the merit will be prepared on the basis of GAT Marks.
Percentile and Percent is not the same thing. Percentile is calculated by NTS on the basis of the each question attempted by how many candidates and how many candidates correctly attempted and some other factors.

You are right but this distribution which you mentioned is valid for GAT B Test! Paper distribution for GAT A is:
English 30 marks
Analytical 40 marks
Quantitative 30 marks
