I think people are much competent with masters degrees also.. without any professional educational degrees like B.ed etc....
Govt. should allow people with masters degrees in HSt & JST posts ..
And i could not have yet understood that govt. is recruiting lecturers only on masters degree but when it come to HST they require B.ed..? why so..??plz comment on this if i am wrong then kindly correct me.....

you are 100 percent right sir . masters can be a lecturer not a school teacher
professsional degree has it's own importance but can conduct training workshops for such a competent &highly educated person am i wrong?
