g to hum quota system k hi to khilaf hain
or different provinces ki bat to alag hay same city even in same area there are more than one ucs to kya whan yeh policy theek hay?

mazeed ap bat kur rhay professional degrees ki is time in recruitment policy main pst &jst k lyay ptc &ct zruri nahi hay or hst k lyay masters k sath B.Ed ka hona zruri hay.
yani master candidate is not elligible for teaching without professional degree while intermediate candidate can do it?:

Actually in education department appointments of PSTs were made UC specific and school based in order to assure that people are appointed from the same area they live in so that they reach school regularly and punctually and can be held responsible not only by Govt but also by his community. In this way other reasons of being absconder can be minimized but its our country where rules and policies are interpreted as mighty people want.

Professional degress have their own importance in the societies where education is given priority, but unfortunately here in Pakistan such professional degrees are either purchasd or either obtained by appearing in examination full of cheating. I agree that its a sort of hindrance for the people with higher qualification but its the policy matter, poilcy should be criticised you have right.

Totally agreed with you.....
As Ali said professional degrees are purchased... Its an open secret that in the exams there is copy culture .. Coz ... guys believe me i have seen such people who are very very much weak academically.. passing in B.ed exams is beyond their reach.. so.. I think people are much competent with masters degrees also.. without any professional educational degrees like B.ed etc....
Govt. should allow people with masters degrees in HSt & JST posts ..

And i could not have yet understood that govt. is recruiting lecturers only on masters degree but when it come to HST they require B.ed..? why so..??plz comment on this if i am wrong then kindly correct me.....

you are 100 percent right sir . masters can be a lecturer not a school teacher
professsional degree has it's own importance but can conduct training workshops for such a competent &highly educated person am i wrong?

as i have checked the vacancy position in my town there is no post available for hst . shud i have to appear in tst? or it will be useless.

more over as the town system has finished appointment will be on which system as far as in karachi now now we have districts(central,south etc) before it was towns like north naz town kemari town .
ca any one clear it to me?

I dont exactly dont know what governments policy regarding seat allocation will be but Brother you must apear in the test then let the time & your destiny decide it... you must appear...

Let me clear things for you.

The current vacancy position is not final, its just rough estimate you should not be worried at all as of yet.

PST recruitment is UC based, JST appointment is Taluka/Tehsil based and HST appointment is district based so you should appear in test.

In the month of Ramazan it was said that the test will be held in September but still no any clue from the education department, may be they may issue schedule as a surprise so wait is the only option.
