The US is where it is because it has maintained a strong defense. Otherwise Britain would have destroyed them in 1812 and there would be no Americans, homeless or otherwise. Please go and read some history. On a side note, the Canadians did manage to burn the White House to the ground in 1812 :P

Killing innocent people in markets and fighting the American army proper are very different things my friend. These so called jihadis will tell their sons to terrorize the local people, but they won't ever send them to face the Americans...
And anyways, we will protest against an American attack on Saudi Arabia with burning down Lahore and Karachi
