No problem in calling exact number of candidates according to seats available. But it should have been convincing. No one knows how they are deciding the toppers of list. I know psycho test would have eliminated many but they must publish it one their web how merit will be decided.
for example:
Merit will be according to following formula:
Written Marks weightage: 30%
Academics: 20%
Experience: 20%
Interview: 30%
No one will have thought of going to court if such procedure was adopted. And even court will not accept cases against such an open criteria.
