Dear Salman, only one 2nd division is acceptable for getting admission abroad but keep in your mind that you are not eligible for getting admission in worlds top universities like Oxford, Harvard etc but you can get admission in other well reputed universities. Most of the universities clearly indicate that no any second division in Masters degree is allowed so you should check the entry requirements of foreign universities before going to appear in GRE. check entry requirements for country like UK, USA, France, Germany and China.
