Default scope of gre
hi
i did my ma economics with only 55.5% marks.i got 88 marks in gat general.i am preparing for gre ,i want to know that if i get good marks in gre my poor percentage in ma would hurt me in getting admission abroad or 55.5% is enough?

Dear Salman, only one 2nd division is acceptable for getting admission abroad but keep in your mind that you are not eligible for getting admission in worlds top universities like Oxford, Harvard etc but you can get admission in other well reputed universities. Most of the universities clearly indicate that no any second division in Masters degree is allowed so you should check the entry requirements of foreign universities before going to appear in GRE. check entry requirements for country like UK, USA, France, Germany and China. One whose Bsc (Hons.) is in "Natural Science Math" category but with Economics and statistics as minor subjects is not eligible for this scholarship?

Who said to you? You are eligible no matter you have minor economics and stats. I am MBA and also have Economics and stats in minor not major and MBAs are eligible as last year many MBAs were selected for scholarship and now they are studying in china. Do apply at an earliest with out any hesitation

Default Icebreaker question for all CES-2013 expectants except Social Sc Catagory
As per my info CES-2013 are quota based i.e. each province and other will have seats as per policy against total no.o. Scholarship and seat distribution will be general not subject wise. In this scenario, as per my opinion and after exploring CES-2012, social sciences group have edge over rest of the groups. Because the test criteria for them is easy as compared to other categories.

Please Discuss!!!!!!!

Brother, i have done m.phil in mass communication... I would suggest that u should , first, study all VU books for your subject and then should have a glance at the MCQs of the past papers of CSS and PMS..FOR English and Analytical portion, any good book available in market can make up the requirements.....hope that you would get good score in GAT subject

hi, I have done MSC STATISTICS in 2011 with 83 percentage.
i want to apply for Cultural exchange scholarship. can u plz tell me the details, that what n from where i should prepare? my category is social sciences.
n kindly tell me that what z duration of this program and all the basic info regarding this program. and will they give us any result card or sumthing like that in the end? i want all the info
